The Ill Advised Weekend
Well it seems after making a few calls that we won’t be going back this weekend to camp. What makes it even worse is that I won’t get to see “Farmboy” either. “My Giant” ended up getting sick; meaning his husband, “The Hobbit” would be staying in to tend to his afflictions. “Geek Dick” had a family emergency. There go two of the drivers that I could possibly ride up with. “Partyboy’s” sister would be in town for a birthday, so most likely his boyfriend, “Rockstar,” would be staying as well. That’s half of our group not going; if you’re still counting. I was unable to reach “Farmboy” so I left him messages updating him on the status of everyone. What was I going to do to fill the time of an open weekend? Ugh!
